Adrian Gaitan is a technology executive operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and advanced computing systems, with over eight years of experience delivering high-assurance solutions across critical sectors including defense, nuclear energy, capital markets, and blockchain infrastructure.

He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Qvanta LLC (United States), where he leads the development of next-generation cybersecurity platforms integrating AI-driven defense systems, quantum-resilient architectures, and high-performance computing environments. His work focuses on protecting critical infrastructure and sovereign systems, aligning applied research with operational deployment in complex, high-risk environments.

In parallel, Adrian holds multiple executive and founder roles across international ventures, including Evaluris Solutions (UAE)—a cybersecurity and AI company focused on education, applied research, and advanced security labs—and CGR Ventures (Canada), where he oversees technology initiatives in capital markets and infrastructure projects, including collaborations tied to nuclear energy and digital twin systems. He also contributes to strategic infrastructure and risk management initiatives in Romania through his role as CTO of Europroiect Estate, including projects with NATO relevance and national energy systems.

Adrian’s technical expertise spans offensive security (red teaming), cloud and enterprise security, Active Directory exploitation, ICS/SCADA protection, and AI-driven cyber defense systems. He has deep engineering capability across multiple programming languages and system architectures, enabling him to bridge research, product development, and real-world deployment.

He holds 30+ industry certifications across cybersecurity, AI, and infrastructure, including credentials from EC-Council, INE, PortSwigger, and leading red team training organizations. He is also certified as an ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, reflecting his expertise in both security governance and AI system compliance.

Beyond operational leadership, Adrian is actively engaged in advanced cybersecurity research, with documented work on AI-driven attack orchestration, post-quantum cryptographic vulnerabilities, blockchain-based malware infrastructure, and autonomous threat systems, including disclosures aligned with international security agencies.
